Originally wanted gate here but then thought it would be awkward since pole in correct place would interfere with drain and existing pole is about 7" too far north and way on my property. And thought it would just get in the way if contractor or painter needed access. But daughter who lives in pool house complains of lack of privacy and is afraid that since I have no driveway gate that someone could just walk down my driveway and go down that narrow space and be at her bedroom window. So I'm OK with it even though it would be on a diagonal. Should I paint it the color of my garage (or the color she plans to paint her garage - darker? I don't want 4x4 or anything on my building; but willing to put there if hinged to pole and maybe jlust something on my building where it latches.
