Anawalt's Western Red Cedar is pretty clean looking. It is mostly 5/8" with some 1/2". There are not many cracks. Ganahl's is less uniform, more knots and mostly 1/2" with some 5/8". There are lots of cracks, especially on the ends. Anawalt's surface may be a little rougher. Couldn't see Oromill's well as it was under a pallet of redwood.
