Worrying condition of sump and sump pump today.  Not plugged in and with funky warped plywood cover that is hard to move and dirt and debris in pit.  1762 Oakdale's main drain pipe is busted on north side of her pool (1' from my property; photo #8),  so water may be exiting there and never getting to sump anyway.  Also downspout (photo #8) from garage/pool house roof (about 1-1/2' from my lower property) is not directed to drain, so more surface water coming to my property.  Note in second photo: wall of her sump pump pit is lower on my side (under fence pickets) encroaching on my property since property line is about center of white metal fence  post (or 16.8" west of my garage).
