Neighbor to West of me. Their sump pump. Note: East wall of sump (my side) is lower than other sides. It is on my property (which I never realized before). Property line is approximately in the center of the white fence pole in the sump pit. East wall should be repoured to be totally on her property and not up against fence. Photos 6, 7, 8, 10, and 13 are property to the south of 1762 Oakdale. This is where she used to (and looks like she still does) have her sump pump dump her water; but new owner had blocked the holes and now supposedly the pump drains the water uphill to Oakdale or still to Orangewood. I see no evidence of either (no drain pipes coming out at curb on Oakdale). Discharge pipe coming from sump pump is still directed to property to south (on Orangewood); but pump is not plugged in and pit is filled with dirt and debris, and 1762 Oakdale's main drain pipe is busted on north side of her pool, so water may be exiting there and never getting to sump anyway. Also downspout from garage/pool house roof is not directed to drain, so more surface water coming to my property. See "Drainage May 2023" folder for more current photos.
